Our Outreach Services can support you or help you to support someone that you know that is or has been impacted by Family Violence.
What is Family Violence?
Family violence, also commonly referred to as domestic violence or intimate partner violence, is a pattern of abusive behavior in a familial or intimate relationship where one person seeks to gain power and control over another. This type of violence can occur between spouses, partners, parents and children, siblings, or other family members. It can take various forms, including physical violence, emotional or psychological abuse, sexual abuse, and financial control.
How can we help?
We are an all inclusive organization, and our Outreach Services are available to individuals and families free of charge.
We offer various supports and services including:

Completion of danger assessments
(for those who identify as female only). -
Provide safety planning

Advocacy

Referrals & resources

Assistance with basic needs, such as personal care items, and/or food through the food bank.

Emotional support

Provide assistance with locating emergency shelter or second stage shelter accommodation.

Navigation of government supports

Short term education & programming
Where are we located?
Our Mobile Outreach Team will meet with you in your community or provide support, information and resources for those impacted by domestic violence.
