Kirsten's Place - Groundbreaking Ceremony

Come and join us in this community event! We are breaking ground at Kirsten's Place, and you are invited! This is the first domestic violence shelter to be housed within Mountain View County! Starting at 11am, we will be serving refreshments, and celebrating this momentous occasion!
