Join us to learn ways in which you can develop boundaries, strengthen existing boundaries, understand why they are so important and how they can help you with your current relationships, along with much more... Do you find it hard to say no? Do you feel that others don't show you respect? Or do you feel like you you go out of your way to please others? Join us for our Boundaries Program! We will be covering the following topics over the course of Seven weeks: - Introduction to Boundaries - Where Do Boundaries Come From? - Types of Boundaries - Understanding and Setting Boundaries - Overcoming Boundary Challenges Classes will take place on Thursday evenings from 6:30 until 8:30pm Starting March 9, ending on April 13th, 2023.
