    Learn about healthy vs unhealthy boundaries,setting and maintaining healthy boundaries,
    the importance of good self-esteem in relation to boundaries, emotions and anger, goal setting.

    Outreach Crisis Counselling

  • An Outreach Crisis Worker will work with women and families who have been affected by Family Violence.
  • The Outreach Crisis Worker will meet with you for up to 6 months in an agreed upon location convenient (and safe) for yourself.
  • The number of meetings you will have with the Crisis Worker will be determined based upon the goals you have chosen to work with related to the abuse in your life.
  • Your Outreach Crisis Worker will provide assistance with safety issues, short term supportive counselling and education with respect to issues of the abuse in your life. Advocacy, assistance with basic needs and referrals to other agencies, resources and shelters will be provided if needed.
  • Your Outreach Crisis Worker can be a source of support as you seek information, engage in self exploration and make healthy choices for your life.
    • Available to women and families who are experiencing or have been affected by family violence. NO CHARGE.
